are expanding our team and looking for a talented Software Development Manager
to lead and shape the future of our software development projects.
Job Desctiption:
As a Senior Software Development that professional in ODOO ERP / ODOO RPC XML
/ ODOO application development / Postgres SQL / deep understanding of
accounting software, you will lead our team of developers, manage project
timelines, and ensure the delivery of innovative software solutions. You will
collaborate with different departments, oversee the entire development life cycle,
and mentor team members to help them grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the software development team to deliver high-quality
solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to define project scope,
objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions,
ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure the team follows
high standards of software engineering.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and
collaboration.
• Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk assessment to align
with business goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to enhance the team's
technical skills and productivity
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a
managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python /
Javascript
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development
tools.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Github.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
