Selection Criteria:
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile phone repairs, with proven expertise in both hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of advanced repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience Level 1 to 3 in for the brands Samsung, Apple, Redmi, Xiaomi, BLACKVIEW.
- Has 5 years of Experience in being Team leader of five people or more.
