Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager for our Vanuatu company. The position involves the daily supervision of the 4 terminals and retail sites located in Vanuatu. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the terminal's operations, ensuring safe, efficient and complaint management of fuel storage, handling and distribution. He will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive bussiness growth while maintaining high standards of security and customer service.
Selection Criteria:
1.Degree in engineering, business , or related field;
2.Experince of 25 years or more in a similar role in the oil industry;
3.Strong leadership and communication skills;
4.Good knowledge of the regulations and safety standards of the petroleum sector;
5.Perfect command of English read & spoken
Salary:
As per qualification & experience.
