Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Plan menus in line with resort standards and guest expectations
Manage kitchen operations, cleanliness, and food safety
Control stock, ordering, and minimize food waste
Work closely with management and service staff
Cater for special events, group bookings, and dietary requirements
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef or cook (hotel or resort experience preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Reliable, honest, and well organized
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
