Organisation Description:
Coco Beach Resort & Restaurant is a beachfront property located in Pango near Paradise Cove. We operate as both a resort and a full-service restaurant, offering accommodation, meals, events, and beach activities to our guests.
We focus on providing friendly service, clean facilities, and a relaxed island atmosphere, making sure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our team works together across reception, housekeeping, kitchen, bar, and restaurant service to deliver a high standard of hospitality.
Job Desctiption:
Responsible for serving drinks and providing excellent customer service at the bar, as well as handling guest check-ins and assisting with reception duties when required
Selection Criteria:
Experience:
• Previous experience in bar service, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience handling guest check-ins or basic reception duties is an advantage.
Qualifications:
• Basic hospitality or bar training preferred.
Skills:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask between bar duties and reception tasks.
• Basic skills for check-ins and handling guest information.
• Cash handling and POS experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Languages:
• Good English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages are an advantage.
