Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and basic landscaping
Ability to use and maintain gardening tools and equipment
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic maintenance skills (minor repairs) are an advantage
Awareness of workplace safety
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Previous resort or hotel experience is an advantage
