Organisation Description:
Prima Limited, located in Port Vila, Vanuatu, is hiring a Senior Telecommunications Engineer. Join us to build the Pacific's first SMART subsea cable.
Job Desctiption:
Key Duties:
- Lead the management of fibre-optic and subsea cable systems.
- Ensure high network resilience and uptime.
- Implement and manage IT services using ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with subsea and fibre-optic systems.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification is mandatory.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience with Type A & B Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs) is a plus.
