Our tours bring people to bustling kava markets, demonstrate the unique process of preparing and squeezing fresh kava, and immerse them in the vibrant atmosphere of local kava bars. We're passionate about sharing Vanuatu's culture and creating unforgettable experiences—and we're looking for enthusiastic people to join our team.
The Role:
We're hiring motivated Sales Representatives to help grow our kava tours. You'll start part-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as the business expands. Your job will be to connect with potential customers, share the excitement of our tours, and help drive bookings.

Background in Business or Sales:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a business-related role is highly desirable.
Understanding of business operations, customer engagement, and sales strategies is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences and explaining cultural experiences in an engaging way.
Motivation & Initiative:
Self-starter with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of achieving sales targets.
Cultural Interest & Passion:
Interest in Vanuatu culture, tourism, and the kava tradition.
Willingness to share enthusiasm and educate visitors about local traditions.
Flexibility & Reliability:
Ability to work part-time initially, with potential to transition to full-time.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
