Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) has established a subsidiary company called The National Finance & Credit Services Ltd (MFCSL). The new entity will manage and administer financial assistance programs and loan services for VNPF members, employers and the general public. This includes overseeing the distribution of loans to eligible customers and offering accessible and affordable loan options to meet a variety of financial needs.
Job Desctiption:
The position is responsible for overseeing the development, promotion, and execution of the institution's lending products and marketing strategies. This role involves managing a team, expanding the loan portfolio, maintaining asset quality, and driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience
• Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, Banking, Economics or related field
• Professional Certifications in credit management, banking or customer service.
• 10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services sector.

• Provide regular analytical reports to the Executive Management and the Board.
• Strategize, review and approve divisional work plans, programs and budgets in consultation with the team leaders within the division.
• Development of the Employer Relations and Member Services operations.
