We offer visitors a truly authentic Vanuatu experience by introducing them to the unique world of kava and nakamals. Our guided tours take tourists through the local kava markets in Port Vila, where they see firsthand how kava roots are selected, prepared, and squeezed into the traditional drink that plays such an important role in ni-Vanuatu culture.
After exploring the markets, guests visit nakamals (traditional kava bars), where they can experience the atmosphere, learn about the customs and traditions surrounding kava drinking, and taste kava for themselves if they wish.
Our mission is to give tourists more than just a drink—we provide an educational, cultural, and memorable experience that connects them with the heart of Vanuatu.

About Us:
We run unique cultural experiences in Port Vila, offering visitors the chance to explore local nakamals, discover kava culture, and connect with Vanuatu's traditions. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and persuasive salespeople to help bring tourists on board our tours.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be engaging directly with tourists around Port Vila—hotels, the seafront, markets, and cruise ship areas—to promote and sell our Nakamal Tours. You'll play a key role in growing our customer base while giving visitors an authentic taste of Vanuatu culture.
Responsibilities:
Approach and engage with tourists in key areas around Port Vila
Explain the experience and benefits of our Nakamal Tours
Distribute flyers, answer questions, and secure bookings
Meet daily/weekly sales targets
Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically
Provide feedback from customers to improve the service
Requirements:
Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator
Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Good knowledge of Port Vila and local culture
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
English required; French or Bislama an advantage
Compensation:
Hourly wage + commission on sales (the more you sell, the more you earn!)
