Selection Criteria:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests.
3. Proficiency in computer software systems used for hotel operations, such as property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
4. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is typically preferred.
5. Knowledge of basic administrative tasks, including cash handling, filing, and data entry.

2. Problem-solving abilities to handle guest complaints or issues with patience and diplomacy.
3. Attention to detail to accurately process reservations, payments, and guest information.

5. Adaptability to handle unexpected situations or changes in guest needs with flexibility and grace.
6. Multitasking skills to manage phone calls, check-ins, check-outs, and other tasks simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to provide recommendations and assistance to guests.

1. Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
2. Checking guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
3. Handling reservations, including making new reservations, modifying existing ones, and managing room assignments.
4. Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about hotel amenities, services, and policies.
5. Assisting guests with special requests, such as arranging transportation, booking restaurant reservations, or requesting housekeeping services.
6. Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and escalating complex problems to management as needed.
7. Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping information materials up to date.
8. Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
9. Adhering to security procedures, including verifying guest identification and monitoring access to guest rooms.
10. Completing administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing invoices, and reconciling daily cash transactions.
