Job Description:
The Vanuatu Jungle Zipline is seeking an Accounts/Office Manager. Pay is based on competency and capability of the individual for the role but is approximately 80,000 vatu per month. This is based on a full-time role at our main office in town near Nambawan Café. Office hours are 8am to 5pm.

Tasks of the accounts/office manager:
  • Familiar with Xero an online accounting system
  • Deal with tourists in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Take telephone bookings and coordinate buses, tourists, and guides on cruise ship days.
Criteria:
  • Work autonomously and precisely in the office and must be on-time
  • Excellent English both written and spoken a must
  • Have minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Be able to work in both growing and marketing of the business
  • Be able to oversee all the administrative functions of the office, such as invoicing, VAT, VNPF, paying bills, etc
  • Demonstrate your honesty and good work ethics by providing references
  • Have a passion for the outdoors and complete the Zipline courses in order to assist with sales of Zipline tours.
