Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

Le ministère de l'Éducation et de la Formation (MoET) lance une manifestation  d’intérêt à toutes les personnes qualifiées qui peuvent s’ajouter au registre des concepteurs potentiels pour aider le Centre de Recherche et de Documentation Pédagogique (CRDP) à élaborer des matériels de soutien pour le programme des années 4 à 6.

Les matériels de soutien sont conçus pour aider les enseignants à mettre en œuvre le programme dans les salles de classe. Ils fournissent des informations sur les stratégies d'enseignement et d'apprentissage, les approches d'évaluation et les idées pour la planification des leçons.

Les concepteurs utiliseront les conditions prescrites pour concevoir le matériel pour chaque domaine d'apprentissage et pour chacun des trois niveaux.             The Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons to be added to a register of potential writers to assist the Curriculum Development Unit (CDU) develop support materials for the Year 4 –6 syllabus.

            The support materials are designed to assist teachers implement the syllabus in classrooms. They provide information about teaching and learning strategies, approaches to assessment, and ideas for lesson planning.

            Writers will use prescribed specifications to design materials for each learning area and year group. They will work under the supervision of Curriculum Coordinators in CDU responsible for specific learning areas.

            English and French versions of the support materials will be developed. For this reason, positions will be made available for Anglophone and Francophone writers.

                      The Vanuatu Cricket Association (VCA) is the national governing body for the game of cricket in Vanuatu and one of the country’s leading sporting organisations. The association is now welcoming applications for the position of North Efate Development Officer based in North East Efate.

                      The North East Efate Development Officer is responsible for the operation of all cricket activities in the North East Efate region (Eton-Takara).

                      Responsibilities
                      • Increase participation in schools & communities in the North East Efate region
                      • Implement education and training strategies for schools by conducting teacher in-service training. Follow up on all teachers by assisting them on running cricket clinics in schools
                      • Working with the Training & Education officer assist with producing coaching, scoring and umpiring resources for teachers
                      • Conduct cricket development clinics within the VCA Outreach program including in schools, Primary School Sports Associations and Secondary School Sports Associations
                      • Conduct Cricket camps
                      • Conduct ‘Cricket I Blong Evriwan’ programs
                      • Assist with the coaching and umpiring of junior and senior competitions
                      • Work with Vanuatu Cricket Development Officers to improve the community cricket programs

                      • Provide regular updates to the Vanuatu Cricket Office
