The appointee will be the first point of contact for callers to the Emalus Campus and will be responsible for operating the switchboard and connecting callers to appropriate person. The incumbent will receive and transmit telephone calls, greet visitors , respond to general enquiries, complete and distribute various documents related to these functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing receptionist and customer services, record keeping and sending and receiving emails.

Criteria:
- At least a Certificate in Secretariat studies or Front Office Management
- Completion of High school
- At least two (2) years experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft office packages
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
