The Country Director in Vanuatu is a member of Save the Childern Australia's Programs Team,reporting to the Head of interational Development Programs who is based in the Melbourne Office. Partners),management of resources quality and risk. This position is instrumental in assisting managers to implement country and thematic strategics for vanuatu and support orogram manger's responsibilty to build national staff capacities in program mangement, reportinbg, grant management and advocacy.

- Extensive demonstrated experience in designing, developing and managing development projects in an international context.

- Demonstrated experience in monitoring project implementation, technically and financially

- Sound understanding and experience of the child rights approach to development.

- Experience working with and securing funds from a range of international donors, including AusAid.

- Experience of Leading, developing and implementation strategy at national level or equivalent.
