| | "To design the next phase of the “Disaster Risk Reduction” program in Vanuatu with the support of the Vanuatu Red Cross Society / French Red Cross team. |
| | To provide a clear view on the context and actors mapping. |
| | To design a feasible project proposal taking into account the logistics constraints of the context, the national society capacity and the financial limit of the envelop offered by the donor |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Academic background on geography, disaster risk reduction and and/or capacity building. |
| | - Experience in the field of project management. |
| | - Experience in writing project proposal. |
| | - Good knowledge of OFDA procedures would be an asset. |
| | - Experience in community based disaster preparedness. |
| | - Good knowledge of the pacific context, melenesian preferably. |
| | - Knowledge of English is compulsory. |
| | - Good knowledge of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement |
