Applications are called for the above position from suitably qualified Ni Vanuatu candidates who meet as a minimum the criteria set out below. The position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The Successful candidate will manage a variety of financial perspectives within the Finance Department; lead a team under their control to ensure timely output, quality results and accurate data and systems without exception.

Assist in the construction and trend monitoring of the company and departmental Financial Budgets; Keep all systems statistics, trend data and company financial information stored, up to date and accurate for ease of recollection as required regularly by CFO,CEO, Executive Management, Board of Directors, Shareholders and when appropriate External Auditors.

They will also work intimately with the CFO to achieve the departmental goals as set by the CFO, CEO, Executive

Management, Board of Directors and Shareholders. The Successful candidate will also have the ability to deliver immediate and accurate Cost Benefit Analysis on a variety of, Executive and Board proposed scenarios.

Criteria:

- A Tertiary qualification in the areas of Financial Management; A Minimum of 5 years Experience in Senior Financial role; A comprehensive and sound understanding of the full gamut of business finance;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to regularly prepare and present detailed and intimate financial reports to the CFO and Executive

Management; Be well presented and professional in approach; Be of the Highest Ethical standards and demonstrate adherence to the all aspects of good governance and Vanuatu law

- Be in a state of good health and sound mind, and able to work a variety of hours to match business requirements; A full and thorough understanding of all aspects of Aviation Finance

- Demonstrated ability to use the full suite of office based Information Technology, including complicated

spreadsheet use. Ancillary Qualifications (desired but not essential)

- Broad Understanding of IATA and 1CM; Experience in Greentree, Edgar and Margo Financial management systems; Experience in payroll interface systems.
