Job Desctiption:

Primary Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure at the golf course.
• Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and properly stocked.
• Assist with bag handling, including loading/unloading golf bags and storing them securely.
• Maintain the driving range, including collecting and cleaning range balls, and restocking ball dispensers.
• Monitor pace of play and communicate with players to ensure smooth flow on the course.
• Provide course information, including rules, layout, and any special events or conditions.
• Support golf shop operations by helping with merchandise, restocking, and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the staging area, cart barn, and surrounding facilities.
• Additional task as allocated by Supervisors

 

Selection Criteria:

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Finishing and presentation:
Decorating pastries and cakes, plating desserts, and setting up bakery displays.
• Kitchen maintenance:
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and the general workspace according to food safety standards.
• Inventory management:
Monitoring stock levels, receiving and organizing supplies, tracking ingredient expiry dates, and reporting shortages.  
• Collaboration:
Working with the pastry chef and other team members to ensure smooth production and service.
