Organisation Description:
Tuff Boats are custom-made fiberglass boat made with quality materials.
Job Desctiption:
* Follow instructions as pe plan & work instruction of each job.
* Applies releases agents to mold surface of facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts
* Mixing chemical according to mixing work instructions.
* Applies layers of resin to the mold surfaces prior to placement of fiberglass mats, repeating layers untill products have the desired thickness and resin have helled.
* Check all molds, templates and cutout patterns to be used in the manufacturing process to be ensure that they conform to dimensional data samples.
* Inspect & clean molds before beginning work.
* Press layers of saturated matt or cloth in to place on the molds,using bristles roller or hands and smooth out wrinkles & air bbubles steel roller.
* Repair or modify damaged or defective glass fiber parts,checking thickness,densities, and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.
Selection Criteria:
* Minimum 2-3 years prior experience working in a similar role.
* Ability to learn in-house programs
* Communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
* Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
* Good judgement skills
Qualification:
* Middle School.
* Computer Literacy not necessary.
* Production Supervisor Lamination / Production / Operation Manager , Production Planning , * Logistics
* Previous experience understand of Safety sytem enforcement of safety rules and polices
