Organize and Logistics for workflow
Make complex Joinery Manufacturing
Make installation
Ensure Factory is neat and organized
All orders properly accounted for, quality control and on time prior to them being send to customer.
Selection Criteria:
Min 8-10 years joinery/carpentry experience
Can read and work from technical drawings. Advanced skills: stairs, doors, windows, cabinetry, bespoke furniture, structural timber
Proficient with table saw, spindle moulder, planer/thicknesses, mortise, hand tools. Able to set up and maintain machines safely.
Expert with hardwoods/softwoods used in Vanuatu: Kwila, Teak, Mahogany, Pine. Understands moisture content, movement, finishing.
Current OHS knowledge. Can do risk assessments, use PPE, follow Vanuatu Labour Dept. safety standards.
