Job Desctiption:
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, and purchasing products and supplies to support the company's operations. This role ensures that goods are procured at the best quality, price, and delivery terms while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The Purchasing Manager works closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient procurement processes, cost savings, and timely product availability.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
