We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a motor grader to carry out road construction, maintenance, and earthworks, while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard..

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a motor grader.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Good understanding of road construction and earthworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
