Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Chief Mechanic / Workshop Supervisor to take absolute control of our workshop floor.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for a "Working Foreman"—a diagnostic specialist who leads from the front, actively turns wrenches every day alongside the team, and can confidently manage and train our mechanics.
Selection Criteria:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent NZ qualification
Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis will be highly regarded
At least 15 Years in a training / leadership role
At least 15 Years in Automotive repair and servicing
English Speaking
