Organisation Description: 

The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.


Job Desctiption:

This position is responsible for the registration of new members, verifying applications and ensure the process and allocation of membership registration number is complete. The role is also responsible for processing and updating member records.


Selection Criteria:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related qualifications
• Must have over 3 years' experience in similar role

• Fluent in English and Bislama languages. French is a plus.
• Experience in superannuation management environment

• No duplicate records in the system
• Service provided in a timely manner and information provided is accurate
• Registration process is complete on time
• Increase in number of membership registrations
