Organisation Description: 

The Finance and Administration Division is within the Department of Finance & Treasury


Job Desctiption:

Provision of an efficient and effective corporate support service to the Director and Deputy Directors of the Department.


Selection Criteria:

Qualification: Degree
Education: Public administration, management of finance management
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management position, demonstrated ability to write letters, submissions and prepare reports, Ability to quickly understand legislative requirements and to implement effective processes to confirm to those requirements.
Special skills: Computer skills, organisational and management skills, finance ad accounting skills
Thinking style: Practical, creative and analytical
Communication/interpersonal competencies: Punctual, honest, supportive, reliable, committed and able to work under pressure and of good character
Language: English or French and Bislama



PS 5.5 VT 1,755,200 per annum
