Tempo Holdings Ltd, a local company is seeking the services of
an experienced Property Manager.
Duties will include:
- Day to day running of apartments, studios and houses
- Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs
- Supervising cleaners and maintenance staff
- Issuing rental leases, invoices and some basic bookkeeping
- Responsible for Tenants entries and exit inventory checks
- Meeting and talking to prospective tenants and organisations to
fill rental vacancies.
Criteria:
- Must be punctual, trustworthy and have an eye for detail
- Experience would be a benefit
- Current drivers licence is ESSENTIAL to this position.
