The Vanuatu
National Provident Fund (VNPF) is the only social security organisation in
Vanuatu that was established by the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP
189] to provide security for workers
for
when they retire at the age of 55. It also provides for permanent incapacity, and survivors benefit in the event of death.
Reporting to
the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, the primary purpose of this
role is to lead and coordinate all funds management activities with the aim to
deliver on investment objectives, manage and nurture internal and external
client relationships and expectations, as well as develop and implement
strategies to manage risks on the Fund and corporate levels, while at the same
time maximising Fund profitability and sustainability.
As a previous
Senior Leader, this role will provide the successful candidate with a strong
platform to demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication
skills which will be utilised in providing coaching and mentoring to the
professional and energetic team members reporting directly to you.
