| | Youth Challenge Vanuatu is seeking interested candidate to fill in the position mentioned. |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the FLP Manager |
| | 2) Liaise with community in rural and remote areas to identify possible project |
| | 3) Negotiate all aspects of project planning |
| | 4) Maintain accurate records for all projects and training expenditure |
| | 5) Coordinate all the logistical aspects of the project |
| | 6) Arrange and carry out pre-project site visits |
| | 7) Meet with communities/partners for project discussion, planning and agreements. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Previous experience in projects management or related field |
| | - Experience in dealing with international and local volunteers |
| | - Experience in community project coordination and implementation |
| | - Strives to fulfill responsibilities in a timely, efficient and professional manner |
| | - Be able to communicate well with donors and stakeholders; Fluent in English and Bislama. |
