| | The Department of Strategic, Planning and Policy under the Ministry of Prime Minister has a vacancy for the position mentioned. |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Develop and execute an administrative procedures and filing system for the department |
| | 2) Coordinate and arrange the internal and external travel of staff |
| | 3) Manage overall administration of the department |
| | 4) Assist in the organization of forum, stakeholders consultation, summit and meeting |
| | 5) Oversee the functions of reception, filing and messenger |
| | 6) Work closely with Finance Officer and Human Resource Officer on Finance and HR issues of the department. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A certificate or diploma in secretarial, development administration, or finance; Some experience in administration duties |
| | - Must be computer literate; Must be a creative and practical thinker |
| | - Loyal, trust worthy, honest and hardworking |
| | - Positive, respectful, committed creative and a team player |
| | - Must be fluent in English or French and Bislama. |
| | Salary: |
| | Salary per Annum is PSC scale J Cs 2.2 which is equivalent to VT: 776.160 |
