| | The Judiciary of Vanuatu seeks to recruit 2 suitably qualified persons for the position of |
| | Magistrate. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Possess a Degree in Law from a recognised university; Meet all requirements under the Judicial Services & Courts Act |
| | - An outstanding and reputable member of his/her community; Be medically fit |
| | - Be able and willing to travel to and compose the court anywhere in the country; Be able and willing to work under time pressure and meet deadlines |
| | - Relevant training or appropriate experience in Mediation; Be computer literacy with microsoft word and microsoft excel skills |
| | - Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of Case Management; Be fluent in English and/or French language; Must be able to work in a team. |
