| | - Excellent planning and reporting skills; Computer literate; Strong ability to write clearly and concisely reports, minutes and letters |
| | - Good verbal and written communication skills in English or French and Bislama; Must be honest, reliable |
| | - Must be able to meet deadlines, loyal; Must be consistent; Must be able to keep confidential matters; Must be fluent in English or French and Bislama. |
