| | - Be able to develop waste awarness program; Expertise in conducting waste awareness in communities and schools |
| | - Some knowledge and expertise in waste composting; Skills to undertake consultancy meeting related to waste management; Skills in public speaking and presentations |
| | - Some knowledge of public health and hygiene; Understand the laws and the bye-laws of the council; Enforcement of the council's bye-laws related to waste management; Fluent in Bislama, English and |
