| | - At least 5 years professional experience in a commercial financial insititution (at least 2 years in management capacity); Degree in business majoring in banking, finance, economics or similar |
| | discipline preferred though work experience will be considered (MBA degree is a plus); Excellent written and verbal communication ability in english and bislama required (ability in french is a plus) |
| | - Thorough knowledge in analyzing financial and operational reports; Highly capable of relating with different sectors of society |
| | - Extensive social contacts and strong ability in establishing organizational linkages. |
