| | The Iririki Island Resort & Spa are seeking to appoint a Head Supervisor who reported direct to the Maintenance Managing. This is genuine vacancy offering an opportunity for training and professional development, working with a team with vast hospitality experience. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of supervisor |
| | 2) Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of the work performed. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Requires a minimum of at least 5 years experience working in a senior/supervisory role; A strong people/supervision skill together with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels; |
| | Must have a sound knowledge in planning and organisation skills; Will also be required to use their own initiatives and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost |
| | - Proven experience and achievements in engineering role; Ability to work autonomously and display initiative; Fluent in english and bislama, french an advantage; The highest of integrity, exceptional |
| | attention to detail; Willingness to work hours as required; Ability to provide top level training to staff |
| | - Ability to take pressure, work under minimum supervision and result orient approach is a must. |
