| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reports to the resort General Manager |
| | 2) Overseas experience working in large international hotels/resorts is recommended; |
| | 3) Proven record of maintaining high standards of productions, presentation and service through effective administration. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Proven record of competency in Food & Beverage management with sound administrative experience; Ability to train, evaluate and supervise staffs at all levels; have strong fiscal responsibility and |
| | background; Self motivated individual who likes to take the initiative and be responsible for his/her own department and financial results |
| | - Purchasing and cost control background preferred; Possess skills in food production and presentation at kitchen level, supervision, presentation and service at outlet level management; Have the |
| | initiative, enthusiasm & commitment towards development and teambuilding of all food and beverage employees is essential |
| | - Conference banqueting, social catering and resort outlet experience preferred; A decisive leader who builds team spirit and produces good results through team work, who is committed to service |
