| | Vanuatu Family Health Association (VFHA) has a vacancy for a Youth Program Officer. The position will be based at the Port Vila VFHA office. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Manage Adolescence Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) activities at VFHA project sites |
| | 2) Support VFHA 11 project site coordinators to effectively implement quality SRH active activities at the sites |
| | 3) Develop Adolescence Sexual Reproductive Health annual activities and evaluate the results |
| | 4) Be responsible for Adolescent/Youth SRH/FP program |
| | 5) Manage all youth projects and program |
| | 6) Preparation of annual youth work program and budget |
| | 7) Prepare youth program periodic reports to Program Manager |
| | 8) Monitor and evaluate the youth program activities |
| | 9) Provide support to SRH committee at the project sites |
| | 10) Assist in coordination of counseling and referral of youth clients to ensure that the youth friendly services are provided and maintained |
| | 11) Recruit and train Youth Peer Educators |
| | 12) Ensure adequate supplies are available at each project site |
| | 13) Be responsible for ASRH/FP sustainability activities Provide financial report on all SRH sustainability activities |
| | 14) Monitor and evaluate all SRH/FP sustainability (IG) activities |
| | 15) Perform any other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by the program manager |
| | 16) The Youth Program Officer reports directly to the Program Manager. |

| | - Be a computer literate; Monitoring & evaluation skills; Had gained some management qualifications from recognized institutions; Had work 3 – 5 years in similar field; Willing to work as a team. |
