Organisation Description:
Coral Quays Resort is an 18 bungalow, ocean front resort at Saint Michel, approx 5km from Luganville with a large restaurant and bar catering to international and local guests.
Job Desctiption:
The posiiton for Head of Housekeeping requires a mature and well disciplined person to hire, train and supervise your team.
You will need to assist with the implementing of systems and procedures along with rostering of team members according to occupancy levels.
Daily inspection and cleaning of rooms, reception, pool area, farres, restaurant facilites and offices to ensure the resort remains at a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Selection Criteria:
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Fluent English and Bislama
Possess strong leadership qualities and organisational skills.
Motivated and dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence for the resort and our guests.
