Job Desctiption:
Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Execute, supervise, and monitor civil works related to telecommunication towers and infrastructure projects.
Conduct site inspections, soil testing, and coordinate with design engineers to finalize construction designs.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, engineering standards, and safety requirements.
Supervise daily construction activities and structural works to ensure technical compliance
Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and escalate issues affecting quality or timelines.
Assist in preparation of BOQs, progress reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues and ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry best practices.
Selection Criteria:
Diploma in Technology (Civil) or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, tower construction, or related infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, testing procedures, and quality control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering drawings, and surveying tools (Total Station).
Experience in overseas projects will be an added advantage.
