Organise and logistics for workflow to Employees,
Ensure cement is mixed correctly and cement floor is smooth of all defects
Make sure workers tools are accounted for morning/ end of day
Supervise a team of 6 workers
Read construction plans and execute
Selection Criteria:
• Supervise daily site work and workers.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate tasks, manage materials, and report progress.
• Liaise between workers and management/clients.
