Job Desctiption:

Responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for providing logistic support and oversee the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the organization.
Responsible for managing all procurement and ensure that it is completed in a timely, effective and efficient manner, in compliance with Sista and donor policies and procedures.
Represent Sista externally to suppliers, vendors and service providers.
Maintain and develop strong internal and external relationships.
The Logistics and Procurement officer will provide effective administrative support to Sista's Finance and Admin Officer
The Logistics and Procurement officer will provide effective HR support as needed to Sista's Finance and HR Manager.
Promptly informs the Finance and HR Manager of any areas of concern of potential or suspected violations of policies and procedures.
Coordinate closely with project team to ensure procurement plans are shared and both team have a shared understanding of technical requirements and specifications.
Ensure all purchase requests (PR) are completed with specifications, unit costs ad project codes before submitting for approval.
Enter all completed purchase requests into PR tracking sheet and update on a weekly basis and send to Finance and HR Manager for review.
Maintain all procurement files with completed documentation.
Any other tasks as needed.


Selection Criteria:

● Minimum of one or two years' experience in procurement, asset management, preferably in non-governmental organizations
● Have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize his/her tasks
● Experience using Xero software
● Proven numeracy and planning skills
● Experience using financial tracking systems, XERO accounting system preferred
● Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize activities in a fast moving office
● Demonstrated the ability to take initiative and leadership and be able to manage multitask



60, 000 VT to 100, 000 VT per Month based on experience
