Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced hotel administration person to run our reservation department and look after accounts receivable/payable
Selection Criteria:
Ideally....
- you have worked previously in the reservation department of a hotel or resort
- you have basic accounting skills
- you are able to keep on top of residential guests accounts (timely invoicing for rent and
electricity, follow ups, keep guest accounts accurate)
- you look after the invoicing of resort guests and travel companies
- you keep the reservation system up to date

- you speak and write very good English (and possibly some French)
- you love to communicate with guests of all nationalities
- you are trustworthy
- you are reliable
Salary:
