Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working lives and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
Reporting to the Officer in Charge for Malekula Office; the position aims to increase member registrations and collections and providing quality services.
This position reports to the Officer in Charge Malekula Office; and is responsible for facilitating and conducting contribution and savings awareness in communities. It is also responsible for effective contribution collections, surcharges, member registrations and providing quality services.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience
• The candidate should have a bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution preferably in the following disciplines; Accounting, Management, Public Administration or other related disciplines
• The candidate must have over 3 years' experience in similar role with a superannuation fund or financial institution.

Key outcomes
• Ensure all self-employers are registered under the VNPF voluntary contributions
• Facilitate and conduct awareness to employers/members of the Informal sectors
• Respond to member/employer queries
• Ensure to meet monthly targets
• Submit monthly reports to Officer in Charge (VNPF Malekula Office)
