Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide financial security for workers during their working lives and into their retirement.
Job Desctiption:
This position reports to the Vanuatu National Provident Fund General Manager and Deputy General Manager; and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations in the Corporate Services Division. Development and implement staff training policy, travel policy and other related Corporate Services polices; take an administrative role in ensuring polices are effective, consistent and in-line with the VNPF mission and vision statement.
Selection Criteria:
• The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or higher from a recognized tertiary institution preferably in the following disciplines; Business Administration, Management and Economics or other related disciplines.
• Desirable Qualification is Master's Degree in fields relating to the position.
• The candidate must have over 3 - 10 years experience in management roles with a Superannuation Fund, financial institution or recognized organization.
