Manage day-to-day operations of a barber shop
Recruit, hire and train staff
Manage customer service, generate sales and drive profit
Ensure health and safety regulations are met
Organise staff rotas and manage payroll
Keep up to date with the latest trends in barbering and implement new services
Perform administrative tasks such as ordering stock and maintaining records
Job Desctiption:
This is a senior role and needs a matured person who can handle pressure and customer service at the same time. Has very good customer service and people skill and is able to communicate with all kinds of people. Male / Female both can apply
Selection Criteria:
1. Atleast 5years or more experience in a senior supervisory role
2. Year 13

4 g.ood at accounting,
5. ablitity to handle pressure

7. Stock take
8. Local purchase
9. Cash handling
10. Banking
11. All other duties assigned
Salary:
Vt50,000 - Vt100,000 per month
