Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide financial security for workers during their working life and into their retirement.
Job Desctiption:
This position reports to the Vanuatu National Provident Fund General Manager and Deputy General Manager; and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations in Finance Division. Development and implement Finance, revenue collection strategic plans in accordance to the VNPF mission and vision statement.
Selection Criteria:
• The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or higher from a recognized tertiary institution preferably in the following disciplines; Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Economics or other related disciplines.
• Desirable Qualification is Master's Degree in fields relating to the position.
• The candidate must have over 3 - 10 years experience in management roles with a Superannuation Fund or a financial institution.
