This includes a Women’s Protection Program, which has created safe spaces for women and girls to organise and strengthen their collective voice on gender and protection issues, following Cyclone Pam. Developed in partnership with the Department of Women’s Affairs, the program also aims to build women’s resilience and support their leadership in disaster preparedness and response.  Criteria: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in program management She will also have an understanding of the local context and a strong commitment to women’s rights as well as proven capacity to develop relationships She will be a strong communicator, able to motivate a small team and drive a human rights based approach to development.  Salary: Not Stated Language: English How To Apply: For more information and to obtain the job description, please contact William Gray.
