| | The Havannah, International 5 star adult only boutique resort seeks the services of a General Manager, to oversee and direct the resort operations. |
| | |
| | The General Manager's responsibilities includes: |
| | 1) Strategic planning of the operation for growth and development |
| | 2) Operating budget, expenses and GOP accountability |
| | 3) Development of services systems and standards to five star international expectations |
| | 4) Development of team and staff to increase their knowledge and skills as well as improve the productivity of employees |
| | 5) Development of relationship with commercial partners to develop further the brand awareness |
| | 6) Overseeing the full satisfaction of resort guests and be answerable to them for any short fall in the operational standards |
| | 7) Overseeing all front of house operational issues |
| | 8) Managing the sales and marketing budget and developing a fair market share for the Havannah. |

| | - The successful applicant will be seasoned luxury resort General Manager with a minimum of 5 years in this position with a thorough knowledge of hospitality systems |
