| | The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu wishes to immediately recruit one suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Numismatic Officer. |
| | Only persons with appropriate skills and abilities need apply and the successful candidate will be appropriately remunerated. |

| | Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following: |
| | 1) The position involves promoting, marketing and selling of collectors item such commemorative coins, uncirculated banknotes and coin |
| | 2) Attending to collectors request |
| | 3) Preparing cash orders for coins and banknotes collectors |
| | 4) Verifying of numismatic stock against records |
| | 5) Raise appropriate accounting vouchers relating to numismatic transactions |
| | 6) Update the relevant registers on a timely basis |
| | 7) Ensure that promotional materials are properly accounted for |
| | 8) Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. |

| | Qualification / Requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary qualification in commerce, marketing, banking or finance required - preferably degree but diploma graduates are encouraged to apply |
| | - At least three years of work experience with a reputable institution; Must be honest and trustworthy; Has strong accounting, marketing and numerical skills |
| | - Competent in the use of microsoft office tools including MS words, excel, publisher and familiar with the use of the internet and MS outlook |
| | - Good organizing and planning skills; Solid grounding in communication, reports writing and interpersonal skills. |
