| | - Possess good policy development and evaluation skills; Research skills, computer skills and analytical skills; Practical thinker |
| | - Possess good leadership competencies such as visionary, leads with direction & integrity and develop internal and external relationship with stakeholders; Have good verbal & written communication skills |
| | - Shows respect for others, confidence, cooperative, punctual judgmental trustworthy and commitment; English or French and Bislama. |
