| | The Vanuatu Agricultural Research and Technical Centre (VARTC) in Santo is seeking to recruit a suitable person for the position of Chief Executive Officer. This is a senior position that requires a mature, dedicated, and committed person to handle the administrative, financial and scientific, operations of the centre. |

| | - Tertiary qualification or an equivalent in the field of Agriculture would be an advantage; Must have basic knowledge in agricultural system of the tropical humid and semi humid region |
| | - Must have sound knowledge in accountacny and at least 3 years experience in business management |
| | - Must be self-motivated, and able to work without supervision and under pressure |
| | - Ability to lead a team; Ability to write reports |
| | - Have a good command of written and spoken English or French and Bislama (Bi-lingual in English and French would be an advantage). |
